The services included a custom kitchen cabinet and countertop fabrication and subsequent install at our family cottage in the Kawarthas. From the accurate measurement, to the personalized design (and redesigns), to the seamless fabrication, to the top notch install, the team was timely, talented, and above all, sincere and kind. When there were minor adjustments and additional pieces required after the job was completed, the team was back to ensure we were wholly satisfied without any hesitation. The end result of our kitchen surpassed our hopes and expectations, all on budget. I would highly recommend them. We plan to use their exceptional services again to renovate the kitchen in our home. I had bought my first house, and wanted to upgrade my kitchen from the typical kitchen the contractor provided. I went to RCP late February expecting the best quality, and received the best quality kitchen. The sales associate that dealt with my order, was very friendly, understanding and explained in detail as to what was was going on with my project. The sales associate was able to able to provide an affordable option that was within our budget. Then, my husband and I were appointed a day to go in and review the design. Within less than 2 hours, the designer explained how the kitchen would look, showed us design which was beyond our expectation.We were told our kitchen would be ready for installation within 4 weeks. Surely the installers came to install our kitchen on the day we were assured our kitchen would be installed. The installers worked efficiently and completed the installation in 2 days. On time and great quality, we were extremely satisfied with service provided by RCP and would definitely recommend this company!
